Make sure to bring your own lawn chairs or picnic blanket and maybe even some yard games or your telescope if you want. We were gifted 160 viewing glasses by Blue River Community Foundation, so we will have those available while supplies last. Your spot on the lawn is first come first serve, but with 20 acres of open space we’re sure you’ll find the perfect spot to gaze into the sky for the duration of the TOTAL SOLAR ECLIPSE.
Our secluded property is in the path of totality! We are conveniently located only 5 miles east of Exit 80 on I-65 and have plenty of space in the barn itself if you need to get out of the sun and indoor heated/cooled restrooms available. Come to our part of Indiana for the weekend and enjoy plenty of great hotels and the Indiana Premium Outlet Mall located at Exit 76B (Taylorsville). Play a round of golf at Timbergate Golf Course at our exit, head to Shelbyville for gambling at Indiana Grand Casino, or visit one of the many communities around us, like Franklin or Columbus, that have amazing festivals leading up to the main event on Monday.
- Tickets must be purchased in advance- no tickets may be purchased at the facility.
- Limited to the first 100 vehicles (5 handicap parking spaces available).
- $25 per car or small SUV (holds up to 5 people)/$40 per large SUV or Van (holds up to 8 people). Unfortunately we can not accommodate RVs or other extra large vehicles that hold over 8 passengers.
- We will start letting vehicles into the lot at noon, HAVE YOUR TICKET PULLED UP READY TO SCAN! All cars must be removed by 5:00pm.
- We will have snacks, hotdogs & loaded nachos (while supplies last), non-alcoholic beverages and a full CASH BAR available for your convenience. All items are CASH ONLY, no outside food or alcohol will be permitted, anyone found to have outside alcohol will be asked to leave the property immediately.
- Alcohol will not be served to anyone under the age of 21 or to those without proper non-expired ID.
- Friendly dogs are welcome, please make sure to keep them leashed and clean up after them.
